View Full Version : Hosting  a game on a my own local sever

Hosting a game on a my own local Machine, I can’t seem to get it done.
The reason is that my ArmA is crashing to Desktop when I try to do that.
I Don’t know why it is doing this but it had never don’t this before I installed a new hard drive on my PC.
It CTD’s when I try to host a game, see the screen for the error I get when it does.

My System spec are :
Windows XP Pro (SP2)
Intel Duo core E600 2,4 Mhz
2,00 GB Ram
VidCArd = Ge Force 7950gt

It looks like a problem with the mission. Have you tried a different mission with the same results?

Well in your mission file: description.ext

Look's like there is a class definied twice!

"RscPicutre" line 62

Upload the descriptin.ext or mission and i will check it.

Well as a matte affect i could not even get to choose a map to play.
My Arma crashed as soon as i wanted to host a game my machine.

But i copied all my MP Maps to a different folder, and copied all the original ones from the DVD and now the problem is solved.

Just need to find out witch MP map caused this strange error.

All thats left for me to do is find good Mp Maps to play again.
