What is wrong with me ?

You probably miss folder BIN on local working drive (default installed as P:\ )

i had this problem aswell, caused by a double installation i guess.
the 2 shader files in my oxygene/bin folder were 0kb of size. i copied the shader from my arma installation bin folder to o2 folder and everything works ok now.
