Hind attack help

i need help on the Campagin mission 'Hind Attack'. I can get my squad up to just outisde the base, but if i go into the base i get spotted and killed,likewise with my team.can anyone tell me what to do?

Tell your team to hold position, then proceed to the base by yourself. Just sneak around the base. You won't be spotted. when you'll kill all soldiers, Enbark yourself and your team into the Hind and kill everything around the base.
