How do i go about editing the Main ArmA page?

Just a quick question for you here guys...

How do i edit the main ArmA page, where you select what you would like to do next? for example... play mp, play sp, options etc...

For now i would just like to Add some images to the page, maybe also some Text, and move a few things about just so it looks pretty (If thats possible) http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/yay.gif

Ive de-pbo'd the BIN.pbo, which i think is the right place for me to start this, but! theres like a 1000 files. If im in the right place can someone point out which one i need to edit?

I have also tried that pbo aswell. But the only problem im having is finding which file it is i need to edit http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/confused_o.gif
