Sun Blindness back!?

I installed the new ATI drivers and get that infamous sun blindness. ***What do I do now?! ***Damn...knew I should've left it ***the way it was. ***I even went and uninstalled the new ATI drivers (installed the old ATI drivers) and I still get that white screen. ***Please...help! http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/banghead.gif
