I ran a test server a few days ago using a really basic script, after a couple of hours it got really laggy even though there wasnt that much load or latency on the server, any ideas, here are the server specs, dual Intel Xeons 2ghz(4 physical cores) 4GB memory, raid 5, windows server 2003, 1.5/1.5 T-1
