Changed from Texture 'Default' to Normal and managed to play for a while last night. Someone suggested using -maxmem=512 in the shortcut (used this before which helped) not tried it again yet...

Changing my AGP apertuze size from 64 to 256 fixed my problem, Thanks for Suma tips.
