Trouble With Dedicated Server/cfg file

I am having trouble with a dedicated server I am hosting . I am running through a router and have forwarded the ports 2302 and the server is up and running fine . I have changed the name of the Cfg file to server.cfg /Server.cfg/server/have added the command line ArmA_Server.exe-config=server.cfg and nothing server is still in defaults . Not sure on how the ArmA_Server.exe actually links/directs to the cfg . I am running ArmA_Win32Server106_5152 with www.direct2drive.com download , any help would appreciate anyones time . Just want to get are clans server up and running for public . Running on WinXP Any help would be greatly appreciated

I fixed the problem was do to the fact that I was adding or trying to add -config=ArmA.cfg before the '' in the desktop shortcut under Target.
