Missing rifle

Hi, whenever I play Bluefor and attempt to use the M-16 with the 203 nade launcher (the one with iron sights), I spawn in holding nothing (multiplayer.)

Any one else have this and know how to correct?

This is probably related to the mission scripting, and it's not ArmA bug.
Try contacting the author of the mission, or be more specific (for example you should specify which mission it was, version of ArmA you were using, and better describe the circumstances).
