After buying ArmA not so long ago, It soon became apparent that it wouldn't work on my pc, so i bought a new one, which in turn led me to losing my activation code etc etc, now i'm not asking you lot to give me yours...that'd be silly...

but when i try to click "lost licensing details" when i run ArmA and put in my email - it says they can't find me on their system!

Help? I really can't afford to buy it again after buying a new computer to play it!

Who is 'they'? I think you should talk to 'them' instead, BIS is the developer. You need to get into contact with the publisher.

Softwrap is the company that designed the software security. I think that Idea Games must be your publisher. You can contact them via their website. (http://www.idea-games.com/)

You have saved the confirmation email which softwrap sent you after the purchase?

Have you maybe used another email for purchasing? That might explain why they can't find you in their system.

I'm not familiar with that softwrap distribution, but shouldn't you have 3 activations for the software?

After all, softwrap are the only ones which can help you. I think BIS can't do anything here and all we can do here is giving you hints or suggestions.

yes, but the problem is that i'm on a new computer now and the email with that information is now gone.

contact softwrap and explain that because of the new PC you no longer have the activation details, also send them a copy of your proof of purchase (bank statement proving that you bought Arma from them). There then should be no reason why they would not send you another activation code, problem solved.

Or ... if your inpaitent like me go out and buy a hard copy and never have this trouble again. The amount of problems I have with my Czech copy was unbelievable ... http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/crazy_o.gif !

Well, I got home from work today and they'd sent me all the codes I needed. So kudos to softwrap for such speedy service!

A buddy in my unit had a problem like this with Sprocket. He called his bank and cancled the payment for the game ha ha. Needless to say, Sprocket gave him a new activation key after they seen the bank wasnt paying.
