how do I open the config

I tried word or note pad and nothing, i was able to open another type of config file. I looked on the search here and nothing turned up.

Go to Bi Studio.com Wiki (http://community.bistudio.com/wiki/ArmA:_Community_Tools#Config_Editing).

An look at the Config tools there . Maybe you can figure something out. If not then reply back.
