.CPP To .BIN

I've found most of the tools needed for some 'light' config editing in ArmA. (Kegetys ArmA Tools Pack), but I could not find a convertor from .cpp to .bin, I found something called Lara but it was a dead link.

Any help will be appreciated.

Note: I'm pretty sure ArmA .bin's are different to that of OFP .bin files in the way they're encoded? Or could you use an old OFP .cpp to .bin, if so, most used? http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/wink_o.gif
