Just out of curiosity: Is it possible to assign issues to more than one person? If it is... how to do that?

No... just like in the real world, you should have one person, who is responsible for something.
Possible would be:
2 people could share one account.
Maybe: art_dep@<hidden> -> all issues about island&object.

Sorry if I hijack this topic but those who know me should know this is one of my hobbies http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/smile_o.gif

@<hidden>:
Say there is a new report from which I know it really exists, what do I do? Changing it to "acknowledged" or "confirmed"?

In this case it's 002123 which I reproduced several times now.

Feel free to do with this clear violation of rules whatever you want. http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/biggrin_o.gif

Haha, you better read the other threads here. Eg this one (http://www.flashpoint1985.com/cgi-bin/ikonboard311/ikonboard.cgi?act=ST;f=75;t=59201) http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/tounge2.gif I suggest setting it to acknowledged.

Hmmm I could swear I read all topics here but haven't noticed that. Guess I was too fast with reading. http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/huh.gif

Thanks to both of you for explaining. http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/smile_o.gif

Holy crap!

I make myself a fool in the whole BI Universe. http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/wow_o.gif

Actually I've got no idea why I set it to confirmed, probably happens when you jump too quickly from german to english.

I get an error when I try change it to ACK. Someone higher then me please fix it.

My apologies, it won't happen again. http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/crazy_o.gif

Isn't there usually an option to assign to [Reporter] when you set an issue on feedback? Maybe that could help a bit, dunno, though... http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/wink_o.gif
