This is what it says on the forums index page:

OFFTOPIC (about wars, military conflicts and everything what pertinent to Army)

So why are you moving threads, like my GeForce thread, here? It's on topic as far as playing OFP goes and it doesn't belong in TROUBLESHOOTING.

As an example, when the now ever-famous DirectX debug tweak came out, it was never moved to the OFFTOPIC area on any forum. It was most on-topic, if anything.
