very good.
one thing on the weapon with a bipod - you can define an alternative prone recoil value to stimulate a prone deployed more stable base of fire.

only one thing about the CG that is sligthly wrong.....
the rocket trail after the shell :P
you got a nice "bang" sounds as it should have... but the projectile looks like a rocket with that rocket trail.... wich it should´nt be...
just a small thing that im sure you´ll fix for the next version...
och, and how about a OH6/MH6, doesn´t you danes use that? (MD500 i belive)
the rest is just fantastic work..... (despite the error message on the GD, something with black_something.paa i think, it´s a texture anyway... nothing i have spotted and nothing that effects the play anyway...

What i don´t like are the many classnames, makes the unit list much bigger with "only" one addon.

AFAIK for the gpmg yes you have prone recoil value for mg62, but not for the assault rifle with bipod. in ofp it was always a problem getting bipod simulated but ArmA gives that potenitial.

I actually did manage to hit a target once, but that was a skip-shot so it doesn't really count...

I tried out the LSV, and it's an utterly pointless weapon - just like in real life! The box mag is cool though, good job mate.

I tried the M96 a few times - it was so damn easy hitting the targets... Just aim and shoot http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/wink_o.gif. I didn't like the plastic feeling it had compared to my G3, though.
The MG on the Piranha doesn't seem to work? Did I miss something?

small request maybe, but when you update could you add prone recoils close to real life experience for the assault rifles with bipods?
that way going prone with a bipod weapon would have an advantage of being a bit more stable with lower recoil.
adding a dexterity value to the bipod weapon would make it act like its heavier and consequently bulkier than a weapon without a bipod. hopefully your experience with the weapons will allow you to guess the right dexterity value.

Maybe, atm all infantry is reskins of current models.
UN soldiers, not sure, atm we are primeray doing "green" ops, meaning that all DDAM units are working under NATO command so we dont need the blue helmets.
Desert soldiers. Theres pleanty of em in the current pack http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/smile_o.gif but plans for more desert vehicles are out there.

Moste of the mercedes 240 in the pack got the basic roll bar (one green). The Special GD (in the buttom of the list of the vehicles) got the roll cage as seen in the 2 screenshots.

Love it ! The Mercs are fantastic.
But may a have a little nit pick. The MG3 sound is a bit tinny and I don't much like the echo, and the guns are too black. I havent seen those paticular makes in real life but making them greyer would keep the games flavour consistant (ie in line with BIS) but more importantly would prevent them going jet (black) and standing out, ruining the efffect of camo.

they have changed something with the optical sights....
noticed it while using the swiss addons...
their Acog and Sniper scopes was max zoomed in and you could only see the center of the crosshairs very zoomed in...
change in eye point?
and then about the "no weapons" bug some other addon makers have already fixed that (vilas for example)
another reason for the "no weapons" bug might be your cars.... maybe they have changed something there too...

in an attempt to fix the aspect issue (i.e. those not using 4:3) they have nackered the custom scopes - same has happened on my stuff - not sure what the fix is for now

We mannaged to fix the weapons dissapering bug and are now working on fixing the optics of the weapons, an update of DDAM will follow soon.

Don't know if you are already on it, but the last version didn't have blood textures, although I don't like to see my countrymen bleed I kind of missed them...
and there is something wrong about the camo, especialy the desert camo, I'm not sure what it is but something feels wrong when I play with them...

Especially in days like these where our troops aren't having a far too easy time of their own. So not really missing the blood at the moment.

Optics on weapons are fixed. Now fixing all optics on oure stuff.

I just got an idea I would like to suggest, after the 1.07 patch the special forces got those delta like helmets and as far as I know the danish "jaegere" also uses those, or at least something that looks like them, I would love to see that in your mod...

I just tested the mod, everything looks great, I love the SOP units, there seems to be a bug with the tracers on the mercedeses with the mg on the passenger seat, the tracer seems to be comming from the front of the car instead of the mg, no big deal though.
the game crahed after a couple of minutes, I'm not sure if it has got anything to do with your mod, I'll let you now if I find out for sure.
In all, a very good job... thanks...
I hope you plan to make some more realistic models once the propper tools are out...

Some nice work in this pack. The new SOF units and the GDs with 3 MGs are great.
I've noticed that there's a transparency bug on the stocks of the M/95 and M/96 where you can see the ground behind parts of the weapon when you use freelook. It effects the whole buttstock of the M/95, and the rod part of the telescopic stock on the M/96 that the buttstock slides along.

Hi i'm new here.
First of, I love the ddam mod, but I have seen a few things that's not perfect with it, no offence. on the Dyssekanon the LAM is scriming green, and on my old one its dark gray, and y missed the rubber handel on top of it, and the yellow band on the end is black on the real one.
and the chain bag on the side of the LMG is normaly in the m84cammo I'll see if i can post a picture here if I can find out how to do so.

The seakings will probably move into retirement this year. Therefore it's not worth putting much work into them.
Frandsen - since the cayuse has been retired, could you place the MG62 gunners on a Fennec?
Leopard 2 should be on the top of the list.

Sure, well lot of people just love shooting, but that damn noise.....oh man.
Second it is a matter of security and communication, its not a qeustion of making shooting totally silent as it practically is impossible, but more the relaxed feeling when shooting silenced, and be able to receive commands without being in doubt of whats actually has been said.

To the DDAM team..great mod!
I just installed your mod and tried it out. The infantry look fantastic. I have a widescreen monitor and when I use the Elcan sights, the left and right of my the Elcan sight are not black (I can see). Looks like the blacked out part of the reticule didn't extend far enough to the left and right.
I read that the H&K Mg-4 will be replacing the Mg-3 at the squad level. Is that true?

I just felt for...
Sweden VS Denmark in arma.
Some type of a smaller Adverisal mission with objectives, we play with this danish addons and the SFP ones.
Ofcourse we need to see so there isn't any extreme unfairness (like the swedish units have first aid capabilties that the danish lack right now.. stuff like that, so its basicly same thing).
What you guys say, like 10-20 players maybe?
I can host it on my machine (100 mbit).. but we need to cooperate alittle

Impalement aside, that action looks like a nice enhancement. I'm just wondering if something like this would conflict with other mods, such as ACE, so it wouldn't be available if running certain mods. I'm not sure if an action like this would even have conflicts so maybe that wouldn't be an issue. I love the idea though and it would be too bad if it wasn't available under certain circumstances.
It sure looks badass. That's one helluva an idea RavenDK!

@<hidden>'s a hole in your barrel there. Look at the point where the end of the barrel and muzzle brake connect. When you look at the inside of the barrel...see what I mean? Your first picture that you posted (Jan 13th) is the best picture to point this out.
