Any word about the modding tools?

I hoped to get any sort of information from the officials about the possible release date for the modding tools which we all are waiting for.
What i don´t want is an exact date but more a time period, eg. possible at international release date in february or whatever.

I can see the potential of closing the thread by a moderator but i thought that this is a question which is very interesting for a lot of us community people  http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/smile_o.gif
