Are there some missions you cannot win?

I am talking about one mission in particular. Its where you are supposed to capture Mont I think, you are not a officer yet. You get to the town and take it, then they order you to pull out and go through the next town. Well at the next town you kill more guys and then a BlackHawk come to get you. Usually Hind shoots down the BlackHawk but I managed to get a lucky RPG shot off (from one of the dead guys) and caused the Hind to crash. The stupid BlackHawk wouldn't land. I tried everything from shooting flares (green, Red, and normal) to running all over the map. And the mission wouldn't end, I had to shoot the UH-60 down myslef. http://www.flashpoint1985.com/ikonboard3/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif

Is there a way to actually win this mission? Also I heard there are two missions that you can get after this one, the one I got was where I start by some dead guys in the forest, whats the other one and how to get it? http://www.flashpoint1985.com/ikonboard3/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif

You are supposed to abbey orders and hit the deck when it comes a cursin...then after it's shot down you move for the forest....where by some magical happening you start the next mission alone...and it says your whole squad was killed when they were not.....

So, its not a Bug? Its is supposed to make you lose? Well that bites, I guess im too picky about winning everyting :-(

Yes that&#39;s quite unrealistic, I mean I had all my squad with me(minus two soldiers), but then in the next mission: all dead.
Although the next mission was quite impressive(for me at least) I&#39;m sure everyone solved this mission in a slightly different way.

I got back to the town(North) where there is a BMP, 3 Soldiers and an UAZ, but didn&#39;t attack them since I didn&#39;t have a LAW so I got to the forest to the East then headed South.

Did anybody succeed in going directly to the south(at the beggining of the mission ) ?

You should took LAW and rockets from the dead soldiers. I took it and went back to Provins. I destroyed 3 BMP&#39;s and lots reds on the way. I took UAZ and drove myself to the evac point.

As for the montignac must fall mission:

When the truck reached Provins we disembarked, killed all reds there. Then a BlackHawk came to pick us up but the Hind shot the Blackhawk down. The blackhawk crashed right in the front of me and he killed almoust all members of my squad. I was looking at the BlackHawk when he was falling down. I took a LAW from one of the dead soldiers and i shot the Hind. That was funny. The hind crashed into the same place as the BlackHawk did. Now, he killed all the memebers of my team. Just pretend that between "Montignac must fall" and "After Montignac" you and your squad encountered Russians in the forest and a fierce fire-fight followed. Eventually killing whoever was left in your squad. http://www.flashpoint1985.com/ikonboard3/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif
