Set Sound Volume not very useful..

I don't like the volume set of ArmA, because its change the Windows Volume..

When you use software like teamspeak, it's really annoying because game sound will cover voice of your friend mate.

Can't BIS change the sound panel that the volume level will affect only the ingame sounds ?
