Hey can someone explain how I'd edit the Mission Plan/Notes on the clipboard when loading an MP map and the like? Also, as an aside, can someone explain the Game Logic in the mission editor. Thanks!

OFP Tutorial about the gamelogic and how to use them with waypoints, I guess it's the same in ArmA

In general a gamelogic is just a invisible dummy unit without AI. Most people use them to define positions.

There where a couple of tools designed to do this for you on the ofpec tools section. I *don't know* if they will work for arma or not though. If they don't, I'd say that it's probably that they will be coming out with new versions sooner or later.

In the meantime, I'd suggest you depbo some of the preexisting missions and see how it's done there if the old tools don't work.
