Microphone input settings

Does anybody know of a way to control the microphone input volume ingame? My input is excellent through teamspeak but barely audible ingame. I´ve tried to find a sensitivity setting but have not found any.

It does not seem adjusting the mic. through audio control in windows controlpanel has any effect.

I can only change my Teamspeak output when I Alt-Tab out of ArmA and change it in Teamspeak controls...

Hes talking about the VOIP. There are no controls to raise the mic volume which is too quiet ingame to start with.
