Note to mission hosters

During the last weeks, user mission threads have been full of posts like

So this goes to all mission hosters: Please PM the author that he can edit the new link in the first post and the thread can be used to discuss the mission. Don't post new links in the respective threads.

Note to mission creators:

Please add a readme.txt file similar to this Mission Template (http://www.flashpoint1985.com/cgi-bin/ikonboard311/ikonboard.cgi?act=ST&f=67&t=54577&st=&&#entry947728) to all mission submissions.

As a hoster and player, it can be very time consuming determining the key attributes and versioning of a mission without a readme file.

It would also be nice to have tags on threads, like [REL] for release, and [WIP] for work in progress, and so on. Would tidy up the forum, and make it more user friendly.
