Problem patching german DVD version

I´m not able to patch the regular german DVD version. I cannot upgrade from 1.01 to 1.02 or from 1.00 to 1.02. After checking all files it just gives me an error "Patch cannot continue - The disk 1.0x is almost full"... all partitions on my system have at least >1GB free space. Is there a problem with Win2000? That´s what I´m using...

I am having this problem also. It is worth noting that my C drive is actually for my linux installtion and completely inaccesible.

P.S. I'm windows XP.

You need at least 2GB free disk space.
The patch also patches sara.pbo and that alone is 700MB.
And if your partition has less than 25% free space you lose performance anyway.... so free up space and you be good to patch the lady...
