View Full Version : Fuel station?
Hi all,
I have the editor update installed and I'm making another CTF and I've searched very hard but haven't been able to find any fuel stations in the editor. Has anyone else found them?
loads. just get a car drive around the map, or fly which is easyer.. and wjhen u see one locate your pos on the map then load the editor and find that same spot. http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/smile_o.gif then u know what one looks like.
Yeah I did this, found a fuel station on the map and then took a look at the name of it. It was called "Fuel station" and even though I've looked all over the place in the editor, I still haven't been able to find it http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/sad_o.gif
Unfortunately they are not placeable via the mission editor, you will have to wait untill someone comes out with an editor addon to unlock these objects.
Actually I think an editor addon has already been released. Check the first few pages of armedassault.info

I think he writes in the first post that he already installed (an/the) editorupdate http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/smile_o.gif
Did you install mine or the one from G85?
If you installed mine:
They should be under Objects fuel_*** but I will have to take a look when I'm home as i'm not sure.
Are you sure you have properly setup the modfolder @<hidden> etc? You do have Ruins and extra objects in?
If not, re-evaluate the readme for additional nececairy steps http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/smile_o.gif
If you still can't find them, you could try the G85 editorupdate aswell of coarse.
Yeah I installed yours and I see all of the other buildings, just not fuel stations. Maybe I'll try reinstalling the editorupdate, might get it all working I hope.

Hi Sickboy,
I also was unable to find fuel station in your editor update. Also there are several other building that got their name in the editor, but they're not present in unit list (for ex.: House_tovarna2, House_panelak2, House_nasypka and so on).
I'm pretty sure that the mod is instaled correctly, as I've got here many other buildings and ruins.
Anyway, thanks for this nice mod and sorry that I went a bit off-topic here http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/wink_o.gif .

What u can try to do is place another object, and then manually edit your sqm mission file and rename the object to for House_panelak2 for example
