Can someone translate this for me?

I tried to download the game only to get an error message at the end saying the download failed try another server. I tried to email support @<hidden> sprocket but the email does not work. I emailed arma@<hidden> and got this response....

I&#39;m not trying to sound stupid, but I&#39;m supposing you&#39;re trying to download a cracked game. If so, I doubt someone&#39;ll help you, mainly because you&#39;re requestion assistance in the developer&#39;s forums. Sorry if I&#39;m getting you wrong.

The Czech Email is an automatic reply saying thank you for emailing them someone will look into the situation or whatever.

Obviously as you&#39;re buying the Czech version it&#39;s no surprise the support process is in Czech http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/wink_o.gif But they will try to deal with queries in English as quickly as possible.
