How do you wipe your butt?

First of all, I want to apologize if this poll is too graphic. I don't mean to be vulgar, I'm just interested. I had always subconsciously assumed that everyone does it the same way I do, but that may not be true.

Also, anyone know how blind people know when they have wiped enough?
