ok, so i used some packet sniff program and found out how you need to configure your router to play with a low ping.
you need to map the arma server youre connecting to, usually 2302, to your port 2304, where arma client receives data, so external port 2302 to internal port 2304, udp protocol.
remember to forward these ports in your firewall too.
now i have 20 ms ping and no desync (before 200-800)
but there is a slight chance thats total bullshit im writing here and i had just bad luck with servers before, since the gamespy way of telling connection quality doesnt seem very reliable.
