How to actually start?

How do u actually start a game hosted on a ded. server? I've got the thing running, and players joining, but now what? How do I go from side-assignment screen to trooper-assignment and then to briefing?

Do you know what a DEDICATED server does?
it DEDICATES a machine to a single multiplayer session.

You CANNOT join a dedicated server on the same machine the dedicated server is running.....

And if you did...... performance of your server would be crippled.

yeah..if u play on the computer you host with..then it is not a DEDICATED (for hosting) server.
