Do you have a video of OFP:E you want to show? Post it.
This is a reworked version of BIS's original trailer.
Sadly the RN server is down, so for now I must use putfile.
http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a361/SpecOp9/OFPE.jpg
http://media.putfile.com/OFPETrailer
Some things I could not do because of the small number of footage I had. And I don't have OFP:E to take footage from. (or an Xbox anymore for that matter)
All original footage belongs to BIS.
In order to record footage from the T.V. onto your PC, you should do some googles. You may need special equipment like:
http://www.hauppauge.co.uk/pages/products/data_pvrusb2.html
You could also setup your camcorder to record footage from your TV set. Mostly good if you have a clear-big T.V. (Like HD teehee!http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/wink_o.gif
And then just throw all your footage onto your computer.
Probably won't be any videos for OFP:E soon, but I wish I could see some more.

Try VLC (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/). Great little app that plays everything I throw at it that Quicktime doesn't.
Sweet! Thanks Hoz and Coffin Joe! Quite basic, but very nice!

OFP:E Lighthouse Trailer
For video see the link in the sig
It's cool (but i'm subjective). It is from a video cap i have made of a self made MP co-op mission. This time i was play/testing so the rest of my team is AI, commanded by me. Mission took 37 mins. After 10 mins i was already on my own and wounded, but scored still some sniper and law kills.
But still, the hero dies in the end.
Mission Note: Destroying the Shilka is/was essential for the mission because backup 2 Cobra's arrive soon. Shilka was destroyed in time but a Hind eventually shot down both Cobra's.
Have fun.

Nice vids everyone.
I see you got a faint rainbow in there maxq. http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/smile_o.gif Looks fun. Sets the mood quite nice with all those wrecks and stuff around.
And that's pretty cool hoz. Is that spectate script a PC mod that you/Kegetys got to work with OFP:E? Would be cool to play like that. Very nice and smooth camera flow. Did you need a moded box to get that running?
It's not a vid but this was my first experience playing Flashpoint in any form. My brothers projector, equivalent to a 70" TV. That's me down in the corner. Was down there because that's where the most light (from the hand model) was. The edge of the projection across my face makes me look a bit like a saboteur. http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/tounge2.gif
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v130/namenotmine/EliteHUGE.jpg
I was testing various PC tools like the spectate script when I made that movie. Keygetys didn't help other then to provide the original script. No modded xbox needed.

It isn't all about OFP, but that's the game we use most often. this is a promo i made for the x-box live team JSFED 223. it's not quite finished yet, but it's still okay. this is a student work by ARMY_020193 (me) and therefore it is not to be used without my permission. all of the video is cut from promo trailers for the games they represent. blackbox multimedia and less than lethal are names for the two different workstations on my LAN. enjoy.

Turned out to be more than just showing the beyond-the-construction-points-limit stuff. Immersion, madness of war ... well, have a look yourself ... 'Battle at Le Port' @<hidden> http://files.filefront.com/ofpe_ba....fo.html (http://files.filefront.com/ofpe_battle_at_le_port_trailermpg/;4821309;;/fileinfo.html) (85MB) (link has changed!)

If you decide to record another video, I would find interesting to see how a stormy night would look in Ofp Elite. The waves, the lightning and so on. http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/smile_o.gif

@<hidden> When inspiration hits i will direct another OFPE movie. Probably a night/sunrise motiv:)
@<hidden> Yep, the master version is somewhat better but 440MB (impossible to host atm)
@<hidden> Yep, the xbox is connected to video-s video-in of my gfx card on a pc. I capture in full PAL. RAW caps cost around 1GB per 30 mins or so, so i have to make a nice little trailer with heavy compression to keep it downloadable. A good music line together with the movie is always a very good thing. This time i tried to cut the movie according to the music theme at some points. It works but hey, that Barber Adagio theme is just awesome by itself:) First i had the idea to use the house version of this theme but then i thought, No the classical version would even make more impression. I myself am also impressed by the effect (and not because i did it, but because ofpe is such an awesome game and of course the music is great also)
PS: My other vid 'lighthouse' was downed 1100x from hi bandwidth provider. They were not pleased with the 35GB datatransfer. I had to pay. No prob, but it made me a bit more careful with the releasing of vids:)
Max, just exactly how many AI are those....? http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/wow_o.gif
Nice video, though in the later bits I didn't really get the feeling the hundred+ people I saw at the beginning were all present... too quiet http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/sad_o.gif .

@<hidden> Thx for the tip. I will look into it. (edit: and as i said from day 1 i touched OFPE, the greatest respect for you BIS guys)
@<hidden> You are right, i counted them and it is 80+6 versus 80. But of course most of them end up dead. I had the impression about 20-30 of friendly units survived so it means 120-130 units dead, scattered around Le Port.

Awesome. Didn't appear to slow down too much when there just milling about but when they start shooting I noticed it slow a bit, but not as bad as I though it would be. So your probably right about the balistic calculations sucking up power. Woulda been neat if you put in a heli to see an areal view of the battle/carnage. And yeah a night time or dusk/dawn battle would look spectacular since the tracers are much more visible. Oooohh or a massive tank/heli/plane/any other vehicle you can think of battle would be quite nifty. http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/yay.gif
Good stuff Max. Good stuff indeed.

Coming very soon. 'Landing' trailer. If you are interested in waves and working lighthouses check this one out (bring a bucket, you could be seasick:)
Anyway, i finally found the approprate music to go with it. Btw, the video is rather dark but that was the nature of this mission. As usual, the hero dies in the end:)
Keep an eye on my sig.

Can anyone point out that old Alpha video of OFP:E that Marek (I think) found on a B.I. hard-drive and shared with us?
It was a stealth mission, where they blew up the enemy assets at the end.
