Ok, I know that I'm exposing myself to ridicule here, but it's a testament to the immersive nature of BIS' creation....I was driving down the freeway today and spotted a seagull overhead. What was my first thought? "I wonder how long that guy's been waiting to respawn..." http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/crazy_o.gif
is there a support group for OPF:E addicts? http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/whistle.gif

hahaha. Do you turn 90 degrees away from the slope you're trying to walk up because you get to the top faster?

Is that your biggest complaint?

it works, you have more influence on your center of gravity, making you stand more stable, making you able to keep a good pace http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/wink_o.gif .

I think it's more like what he'll do IRL because he's such an OFP:E zombie. http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/nener.gif
You know the look:
1. Sunken eyes from hours of play not blinking.
2. A pale, somewhat glowing white appearance from so much time infront of the TV's radiation.
3. A weak drawn out groan because nature calls (again, after hours) and one has to leave the ethereal game world for something as mundane as a piss-break (I have actually pondered a can by the box for that purpose http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/crazy_o.gif )

I just love it when things like girls and children are suddenly a real hassle. My son screams the moment I get within 3 feet of my Xbox knowing he'll lose me for the rest of the afternoon. When do they start entertaining themselves damn it?!

Just remember what's important, Nax: raising up future players of Flashpoint v7.0!

When you're driving, do you ever try to keep your hands as stationary as possible to bring back that old familiar feeling?
Just use a couple fingers behind the wheel to slide it real quick and its like a ventriloquist act. (Not recommended if there are non-enthusiast passengers or you have cheap insurance)
I think its all a testament to the addictive nature rather than the immersive once you get to this point

Do you try to get into your car without opening the door?
do you leave your bag hanging outside of the door? http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/tounge2.gif
Also: Do you turn your head to look sideways in that unique OFP-way to stretch your strained neck muscles?
a few days ago I heard a metallic noise in some television documentary and I thought: "right, they just ripped that out of the OFP tank-driving-against-solid-object sound" ...

I hear OFP explosion sound all the time on TV.
I was laying in bed this mourning and I heard the sound of one of BAS rocks from Tonal pack hiting the ground http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/crazy_o.gif
