Thats just the PC Gamer (UK) text isn't it? I dont see any new information here, unless I am mistaken?
Edit: which would make sense, as typing pcgamer into uk google pages links you straight there and im sure there is a link between the two (but what it is im not quite sure).

Sounds as though the dynamic campaign was started but not finished.

It looks like a BE turret no dubt about that, but those side armor plates look like a T-90 as the chassis is a modifed T-80U so it must be a BE
We can see in this pic the BE has armor plates too.
