I'm a bit confused with "all" the releases from BIS. This year they'll launch an updated version of OFP, but is that Armed Assault? If so, what is "OFP2" called?

Yep, the updated OFP is Armed Assault. And the new generation game is without a name right now, because Codemasters own the rights for the name 'Operation Flashpoint'.

Armed Assault (ArmA) (http://www.armedassault.com/shots/armed1_hi.jpg) is updated Flashpoint, and will be released this year.
"Game2" (ArmA2 maybe?) (http://ofp.gamezone.cz/news/pics2/OFP22.jpg) is the one with very nice graphics (New enginge), and will be released next year at some point (near end)

It's unlikely they'll use the Flashpoint name, as Codemasters own this, and they aren't publishing it

This has been asked and answered in some depth in the AA and OFP2 sections of the forum, as well as the press releases.

Short answer (as above), no Armed Assault isn't OFP2...
