How to upload screenshots in Topic

I would like to upload or post some screenshots in a topic can anyone tell me how to do this. Don't know if this is the right place to post it. Thanks for replying.

You can't, you need to upload them to one of the countless free hosts that are there for people to host files on then use img tags to post them wherever it is you want to post them (make sure they're below 100kb in size of course).
