Okay, here comes the task.

Create a screenshot of OFP2 and post it here. You got 2 options

A.) you either take a real photopgraph and modify it so it looks like a screenshot. (e.g. by lowering the textures, simplyfing the edges or whatever)

B.) You mix pieces of OFP or VBS with real photographs and melt them together. But it still must be looking like a normal game screenshot.

And please dont exaggerate too much with the level of detail.

I am at work so I had no time to create a nice example but anyhow.. here is a tiny amateurish example of what I meant.

Sorry for the bad quality, no scanner so had to use my digitalcamera to take a picture of it ;)

very interesting read. I like the part about the desert campaign. They say that if you attack from the same angle as the late evening sun then the AI will be blinded and not capable to verify who is shooting at them! Great idea!

just tested the multiplayer beta, this is my first screen from ingame.

Same gfx engine as ofp1, same worlds, but diffrent gameplay.

EDIT: Korax, love the OFP2: Victor Troska Rally!
We all know that codemasters game sooner or later turn into a car simulator/rally game. So why not..

Race all the classic like "Morton-Provins-Montigac-Lamentin-Le moule and Morton".. or Troska memory race.. the desert race that starts/end at the place Troska was murdered...
could be alot of nice races, and i want guba to my co driver..

"2 Left!..winged goverment shall rule"..

Okay, so it's not finished, and not espically great, but what do you expect for 1AM work? :P

Both the rifle pic and red dot were taken of various airsoft sites, the background pic was (I think,that was what file name was anyway) Baghdad. It was edited mainly in Photoshop, and I moved the image to Paint Shop Pro a few times (I find it easier to use).
And yes I know it's prob not an M4, but oh well :P

There was a green box addon somewhere... "dsa_box" .pbo or something... if somebody has it I would be very happy to recieve it.

I know that Specop9 HAD it, I got it from him I believe... anyhow, that could prove usefull when mixing game/rl images.

I agree about the colors, but not about the light. The lighting engine in OFP is very poor imo.

I don't have the FlashFX mod myself, but the gulf of fire would render the chase a bit more convincing

I was plannig to buy VBS1 but after those screens man I dont want to waste my money now on VBS1 cause OFP2 blows VBS1 and all other games in the world away http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/wow_o.gif

i just cant see why cheats/hacks are funny.. they are only doing 1 thing with the game... ruins it!.. can you tell me why its so funny using it ? to score most points ?

Play the game as it is and dont use hacks!

EDIT: oh yea, i really hope they'l include punkBuster on OFP2. so we can filter the cheaters/hackers out ..
