Scripting Readme File for Dedicated Servers

Could it be possible to bundle a readme file with the next dedicated server patch that has all the info regarding the seting up of the server and all the scripts available for server masters.

I setup a dedicated server but have to find the relevant information by browsing various websites....its very fustrating.
