Dedicated Server how to...

I have a dedicated server running, and my bud can connect by typing in the IP, but it is not showing up in All-Seeing-Eye.

Is there anything special I have to do to get it to show up?

I can tell if it is seen or not, and it is not. Must be my ISDN modem setup. Funny though that my bud can connect if he types in the IP.
