Well, Ill sling up some introductory info and let you read their home pages for the rest....

Arcade ( http://www.gamespyarcade.com/ ) works alot like the Microsoft Gaming Zone...it isnt really meant to report dedicated servers (although it sort of does) it is geared more toward people serving games and playing using the same computer. It is also bloated with alot of additional stuff like chat rooms and s**t like that. It tries to be more of a meeting place than 3D.

Gamespy3d ( http://www.gamespy3d.com/ ) is the grand daddy of the gamespy line. It was the first product they created...it is a tool that reports servers alot like the "all seeing eye" and relies on a 'master server ' to provide a list of available servers. This program is geared more toward dedicated server reporting.

Both programs have some cross over capabilities, but I think you will find 3D as a much better tool for finidng stable/fast servers.

We've written a tutorial for all seeing eye : http://www.opflashpoint.org/features.php?action=view&value=1

In fact the all seeing eye developers want to use it themselves in their documents http://www.flashpoint1985.com/ikonboard3/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif
