oxygen causing comp to crash

sometimes when i open up oxygen i get an error that says "Kernal32.dll has caused an error in USER.dll Kernal32 will now close" and time my comp freezes and you cant do anything to turn it off unless you hold the power button for 5 seconds. If oxygen does work i get an error something like this "flashpoint.cfg encountered " ˙˙" instead of "="" then when i opened up the flashpoint.cfg this is what was in it

You can copy your flashpoint.cfg from your OFP directory to your O2 directory
