I got a problem
I got a m4a1 suppresed that I built that uses JAM2 magazines and shit. Now this is bassically the problem...the bullet flys too high above the aiming point

now People have suggested it has something to do with O2 Lite but I cannot find anything that would lead to this. Can someone possibly help me out a little bit here?

If the bullet trajectory is similar to a mortar or something like this (goes higher after leaving the barrel, then describe a nice balistic curve), that's a config.cpp thing. That tipicaly occur when the velocity is low.
You might have a look at :
distanceZoomMin = ...;
distanceZoomMax = ...;
It indicates at what distance your iron sight is zeroed in. It's set to 400 meters by default (so low velocity weapons must describe a curve to achieve this distance, and as a resuly it'll overshoot at shorter distance).
OR your nabojnices start & end vertex are not placed correctly... not sure, i dont model weapons myself.

I think i'll try out this zoom max thingy because I haven't tryed that yet, its set at 0.50 for both.
Only thing is though, its also doing that when i'm out of optics too, it goes a little bit higher, and I need to knows why ya know.
Now, my memory thing for bullets are aligned and in the right spot so I think that might not be the problem unfortanetly.
The weird thing is, only the silent version of the gun is doing this, the loduer version ain't. I'm also using JAM2 for the mags. That might be doing something, not sure....

Could init speed have to do with it....oh and are both the init speed and zoom thing defined in the cfgweapons section?
Try to use someone else config file and see if the described problem is solved this way. If not you must check your P3D memory Lod.
That can be another prob, as well. What soldier model are you using to play with the weapon? If the ak47 proxy is not placed correctly in the soldier model you are using, that problem might occure. If so your weapon don't have any problem http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/smile_o.gif Try to use the weapon with a BIS soldier ;)

I'm using it with a bis soldier, always. Now I did some tests. Now for my m4a1 there is two versions:
One with Silencer and one without
So then, I made it so that the part that defines the one without used the silenced model version, then it worked like a jewl. Put it pack to the old silenced version, and the problem came up again.
But i've got some heads up from some other guys about problems with the silencer mags from the JAM2 pack which i'm using for the mags on my m4's. What happens is with some silenced versions, the bullet would arc up for some reason. Ive made some complaints to them and I can only hope that they will take it into consideration and possibly help out.

That tipicaly occur when the velocity is low.
velocity = init speed.
Also it doesnt matter if you're using the optics or not, distanceZoomMin & Max will define the distance at which the bullet is supposed to match the centre of your screen.
