Ewhat i have to do for best looking texture ?

Hey all great Texture artist out there PLZ Help !
I know that there are some Post with that topic but they dont help me much.
I searched for the best way to create texture.I know that there are some real talent Texture Artist out there that know what OFP needs for a good texture.

Without LAG .

But i dont know exactly what i have to do anyway.
maybe there is a way that saved clear texture and dont need to much video memory.
What is the best way ?

BMP  JPG    TGA     ?
What Image size    ?   For Visual quality and performance
Work with Photos  ?
And maybe something other ...

OFP uses .paa and .pac format textures files. It can also use .jpg but these are bad for video memory. It is best to make your textures in .tga (generally) then convert them to either .pac or .paa. You will need a little program called Texview to do this with....it's available from the BIS site I think. http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/smile_o.gif
