Ofp two, ii or 2

Basically, this is a small poll as to how the 'two' in OFP's sequel should look.

I know that some official gear regards it as 'Operation Flashpoint 2', but it's never too late to change.

I chose "OFP 2", because it perhaps provides the clearer description of the product.

OFPII makes me think WWII. The ( II ) is asociated with war. Flashpoint is a war game. That's why I think it's a logical choice. That and every other second edition in a series seems to be a 'Insert name here: 2'

The czech boxed version of OFP had a snazzy little emblem type design for the title. I just think that it would look perfect with a big gold 'II' going through it, or under it.

I think that it`s very possible that the title will change.They said they are working right now on the coding part so probably when they will start working on the campaign music etc the title would change.Just look at S.T.A.L.K.E.R it was called Oblivion Lost for a long time and now it changed to Shadows of Chernobil

Note the colon. Was what we participated in Operation: Flashpoint--pretty boring name for a military operation--, or was it an operational flashpoint? I believe this was brought up before in another thread, but I never followed through to see what came of it.

Perhaps "Cold War Crisis" should be the common thread in these titles.

Actually, as this future may offer several theatre of operations, it might have several 'Flashpoints'. So can it be considered as one Operation ?
Flashpoints are often the first contacts between two (or more) armies before a full conflict begins, the sparks before the fire ....
Why not call it Flashpoint 2 - Sparks of WW III
