I've recived three emails from two seperate ppl today at various time, seems to be a modified SirCam Virus, the Virus uses files like
README.MP3.scr
You_are_Fat.MP3.scr
this virus seems to alter the senders Email so you can't reply back to warn them
my emails were
info@roughnecks.org
malboeuf@roughnecks.org
if you have Java or Active X enabled in your email this will try and intall it's self right away, I had these off and it saved this computer (I have four total), but my others would have been infected as they do have these on
I lucked out
any one with my emails in thier Addy Box should do a virus scann

Go to Tools -> Options -> Security and make sure that Outlook Express is running in the Restricted Zone.
Also, run Windows Update (on the Tool menu in Internet Explorer) and download any Critical Updates and other hotfixes right away.

if you dont have a Virus Protector or can not afford one head over to
http://www.f-prot.com
the DOS version is Free, and only scans files when you run it
the Windows version is nice, and offers continual system scanning but is WAY to expensive
or just update your virus scanners
if you have a Virus scanner and have never updated you're in for trouble when new viruses come in
if you have my Email in your address book make sure you scan
