Terragen to wilbur ?

I'm a complete noob at windows, but I would desperately love to transfer my terragen island into wilbur and am clueless. I believe I've reviewed available tutorials on the topic and still no success. Please help.

Just load your saved Terragen file into Wilbur, it is able to load .ter files, but you need to select this file type from the load requester.
