Squad improvment?

Does anyone know if there will be any kind of "you squad gets better from mission to mission". Gaining experince that is. Just like Hidden & Dangerous 2.

It's simple for anyone making a campaign to increase the skill level of the player's squad as missions are completed.

What is not so simple, is getting through an OFP campaign and still having the same squad through to the end http://forums.bistudio.com/oldsmileys/wink_o.gif
