I've heard that BIS is releasing a thing called SDK what is this?

I think it's software development kit - it allows you to create mods for OFP, like how counter-strike is to half-life.

its a collection of tools allowing u too make 3d models and use those in the game. IE u could make any gun u want and use it. Or u could make a giant seagull and arm it and shoot ruskie and m1a1 with it.

Actually BIS will propably never release an SDK. It seems that they will release their modeling tool (Objektiv 2, also known as Oxygen), but thats not an SDK, and SDK would allow you to modify the game code itself, in a form of "game dll" where you can have custom C code to change how the game works. But, in case you havet noticed, OFP engine doesnt have a system like this, it has no support for different "game dll's", and BIS will propably never release the whole source code, that would be just insane... besides the exe seems to have a C++ compiler built in, which I think would need a license.
