My ofp dedicated server

I finally got my dedicated server up and running... it doesn't have much on it now, but it will soon! It's IP address is simply tacticalblunder.com, on port 2302. I hope I see you there.

Plans for the future:

- addons and maps... of couse... just need to upload them...

- different addons on different nights, example:
- sunday, all addons
- monday, bas addons only
- tuesday, rhs addons only
- wednesday, nam pack only
- thursday, suchey and earl's stuff
- friday, all addons
- saturday, all addons

- then again, i might do all addons all the time

Any suggestions, guys?

PS: Server won't have an addon pack, simply a list of addons to download.


Edit: Well, I would think that all of us forum people would keep our addons updated frequently, so when new addons are released we will play the missions which _should_ come with the addon.

I happen to like that idea of different addons for different nights. Maybe you could have a night reserved for newly released addons, like if a new addons is released, it could be scheduled to be played on a certain night that week. If it is popular is could get a permanent slot for a period of time, 2 weeks, a month, etc etc.

...and for god's sake don't make any of the forum mod's admins. That would be retarded.

Started on the website... it will be more or less a place to download the addons needed on the server than a public gathering place, because I'm sure the OFP forums will make do.

One good thing would be to have the daily required addons on with the servers name so when u browse u would see i.e:BAS addons blah blah...depending on the day.
About the site: Maybe u could also specify which addons are the days "piece de resistance"?
