Will not export properly to wrp

I have a small problem. I can import my old wrp file into visitor just fine, custom objects show, so do the textures. All the settings are good as per Kegetys tut. When I export to wrp then pbo, there is nothing, it's just water. No land, no objects. I can save as a .pew and it reopens fine. Anyone else having this prob and is there a way to fix it?

EDIT: Also I can't open it in wrp after export, it says invalid file format.
