Config.cpp error thingy?

ok.. I've exported the terrain and all.. made the PBO.. now when I start OFP.. it gives me an error saying:

'tutisland\config.cpp/cfgworlds.':'{ encountered instead of '='

now I simply ask..
What?
Why?
and
How do I fix it?

try building the .pbo again several times (works for me when i get this error) if that doesn't lead to success try using another program for building the .pbo
