maybe he can be a russian NVA advisor(secretly, like in rambo2) in vietnam war.
and 5 years later after 1985 because David need to find his father (his mother got cancer, and she gives David the only Victor's picture before she pass away), he needs James(James realized David is Victor's son after he saw the picture), Robert, and Nicolai's help. However, the only trace for Victor's body is Guba, and Guba escape from jail and got a small army from his follower in Russian. Again, Guba invade Nogova and this time he declers Nogova is now People's republic of Guba. The NATO force is busy about the Gulf War, and they can't do anything until the Gulf War finished. Therefore, David James Nicohlai and Robert decide to go to Nogova by themself, and there they contact with Geronimo and the former resistance members........prepare the new resistance.......also the russian goverment send Dimitri to help David to capture and excute the traitor..... Will David capture Guba, find his father, and save the world again?

Don't forget the Adam guy in resistance(they mention him after we see Liz for the first time). Maybe he gets killed by accidental fire by Troska. ( sarcasm aside, I suspect we'll see the return of at least one of the characters from OFP1. The continuity was one of the things that made the campaigns so good for me. )

Well he's a war veteran... think about it. He probably got it after he was trying to give orders to ambush enemy troops, but unfortunately for him, he shouted his orders...

Because there´s been a shitload of wars and peacekeeping operations there in the 20th century, and it´s almost never covered in games (except for northern africa which can be clumped together with WW2 and terrorist games)

I can definately see a return of Blake, Gastovski and Troksa, but probably not the others.A bit of the old, a bit of the new - to be honest I can't think of a better way of doing it.

Blake and Guba are brothers, but then Guba gets knocked out and gets kidnapped. He is eventually saved, but has amnesia, so he is put in a foster home and is adopted by a Russian family looking for a son. So Guba goes away to Russia, accquiring the name 'Guba' after being adopted, since he had amnesia and couldn't remember his real name! After a few years, Blake stops trying to look for his brother and joins the army. Guba, meanwhile, kills his foster parents and starts building a massive army. Blake has forgotten he ever had a brother by now. Blake eventually becomes a Captain. By this time, Guba has a whore (Angelina) who follows him around. He decides to make Angelina a part of his army. Troska and Liz have a son (David) who joins the army after his father (Troska) dies. The only connection to his father is James. However, David becomes a weed addict and forgets to ask James once he meets him. While dealing with the weed problem, David notices Sam Nichols looks strangely familiar. Why? Than James get's pulled out of Vitenam temporarily and he is now sent to assignment under blake. It was the brother of Victor Troska. They did not speak together for about 10 years. The reason? Because they both wanted Liz as their girlfriend and Peter (the Tasmanian Devil) had gained the love from Liz. (That's why Liz ignored Victor, like an ice block!) Victor has never overcome this and hated his brother he even didn't want to know if he lives or not. But! In the deciding moment when Nogova was attacked Peter decided to help his brother, wisely using the Name: Tasmanian Devil, knowing that his brother would not accept any help or he even would not be ready to hear any advise if he knew it came from his brother. That's why he never found out that it was his brother helping him a lot in ther war against Guba.

And yes, they both served in the SAS in Africa. So they both will appear in OFP2. Victor and his brother Peter (Tasmanian Devil) in special operations in Africa. That was the time before Liz broke apart these brotherhood.

Yes women sometimes have really bad influence!

And overall...... Nobody of you guys knew that Liz and Angelina are sisters!!!!
