Well i was thinking of this:
We cant make new classes now but if they make that in ofp2 we can make new classes so normaly its:
West
East
Resistance
Civilian
And then we can make:WW2:
Allied, (USA France UK and the rest)
Germany, (Axis WaffenSS wherermacht and the rest )
Resistance: countrys that not have a mayor roll in the war but are Res )
Civilian ( you know the deal )
