Voices/Radio etc.

Can anybody help me? I just created my first ever mission, and I would like to release it only it needs finishing touches. I am planning on using voices and radio commands from the game but I don't know how.

Can anybody tell me how? Or else send me to a decent tutorial?

Come-on people! Surely somebody knows how this is done! You can extract the voices from the official missions so how did the pros do it?
